ABOUT THE VIRTUAL CLASSES
Our virtual classes are geared toward health and fitness professionals who may be working with clients, patients, and consumers in a capacity that involves food and culinary nutrition.
Let’s change the conversation! Instead of educating people on what they need to limit or “can’t have,” empower them with foods they CAN eat and healthy cooking techniques that can be utilized at home to prepare flavorful food. Bridge the gap of nutrition education with what clients understand about food.
Our food-first approach shows you how to educate clients with evidence-based science, but translated through food and paired with behavior change techniques.
The virtual classes have each been approved for 2.0 CEUs by the Commission of Dietetic Registration. Pending – approval for other health professional education credits.
